A versatile blend like baharat or curry, this ras el hanout is a sweet, savory, earthy, blend with citrus and floral notes and a slight kick of heat. It is also sodium free.
HOW TO USE: This blend is perfect for lamb, chicken, and seafood as a rub or marinade. Also great in tagines, soups, rice, vegetables, and in some sweet applications because of the sweeter spices such as cinnamon, star anise, and fennel.
