How to use it
For adults 12 years and up:
Take 2 capsules daily, preferably with a protein. rich meal or as recommended by a physician.

What about Omega 3 from other sources like algae or krill?
The human body can only convert between 0.1% to 0.4% of the precursor ALA into the needed omega 3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA). Because of that, using plant-based omega 3 sources like algae or linseed oil will not give you a sufficient supply. Krill oil is often blended with fish or squid oil from unknown sources to reach moderate but still low EPA/DHA levels. Also, krill stock is decreasing, and it is the main food resource for many marine mammals, seabirds and other fish – if we want to guarantee biodiversity for following generations it is more than important to produce sustainably, so please make sure your omega 3 product is certified with the label of MSC for sustainability.

Why do I get nasty burps from some fish oil products?
The freshness of fish oil is measured with the “totox” (total oxidation value), the lower this value the fresher the product is. A cheap Omega 3 product with a high totox or an already rancid fish oil will cause a reflux ending up in a nasty burp. From a high-quality product like ours, you won´t get any burps unless you force your body to burp by drinking lots of sparkling water to swallow the capsules.
