PRODUCT INFORMATION Military velvet weighted blanket is suitable for all age groups. Personalise it by choosing your favourite velvet backing colour. Made to order with love and care. Your order is appointed to one seamstress that makes it from start to finish. Produced from 100% cotton (top) and 100% polyester (back) certified by OEKO-TEX®. Easy to maintain and care for (click here for the washing instruction). Available with two different fillings: Glass granules- are recommended for light sleepers. It resembles the feel and sound of the sand. Glass granules are recommended for heavier blankets as it removes the volume making it easier to pack up or store away. Natural Gravel- perfect for those who are environmentally conscious and who like a bit of an earthy sound. Bumpy texture adds tactile input and is beneficial for sensory seeking users. Add pillowcases and create a matching set. Please always use it under adult supervision. QUICK ORDER GUIDE SIZE It is an individual choice and decision however there are a few aspects you should consider. If you plan to sleep under the blanket (strongly recommended) then pick the size comfortable for sleeping and similar to the size of your duvet. Make sure the blanket is not bigger than your mattress to avoid constant correction. WEIGHT The general rule is 10% of the body weight. If the blanket is smaller or bigger than the shape of your body then you need to add or remove the weight to keep the right ratio. However, it is a very individual decision based on many factors like age, height, weight and condition/reason for purchase. PERSONALISATION Our blankets are made from scratch when you place an order.
