It is composed of black pepper, turmeric, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, star anise, white pepper and organic zest—all of which is organically produced. Origin: These spice blends date back to Mesopotamia, while the term "curry" was created by Westerners to define a hot spice blend that originates in Indian kari, with all dishes in Indian flavoured sauce. Label: KHLA black curry is a blend of organically produced spices, with warm and roasted notes. Culture: The different plants that make up our black curry come from farms and cooperatives in Southeast Asia, partners of Khla.
