Each of our products is designed in Finland in the hands of the company's founders, Jenni and Veera.
The fabric of our flax donuts is the cutting surplus of the Finnish Vera-Vera. Donuts are sewn by Ruston Invest in Tallinn.
Our leather logos are a surplus from the Swedish Fauna, and they are made for us at Fauna's own factory in Rättvik, Sweden. The leather comes from Swedish cattle and is organically plant-tanned in Tärnsjö. Genuine, vegetable tanned leather withstands patination beautifully in use.
Material: 100% linen, surplus
Our linen donuts are made from surplus fabric, which is why they may have small differences in shade and size.
We only recommend local washing for donuts if needed; a genuine leather plant-tanned logo (surplus from the workwear industry) may suffer from water washing.
Our products are designed and manufactured to last, and we hope they bring you joy for years to come. When the moment comes when your paths differ for one reason or another, we hope you will take a small but important act as part of the product journey. If the product is still intact, sell or donate it. You can take the broken product to a municipal or clothing store for textile collection; natural material you can also compost in small quantities. You can always also send the product back to us; we donate intact products and use the broken ones to make new fibers and products in the Netherlands at the Circularity plant.
Instructions for recycling the package can be found on the back of the thank you card that comes with your order. No plastic is used in the packaging at all, and our product cards continue to live like daisies!
