Our beautiful Harissa blend gives you rich, warming spice with a North African spicy kick! Harissa is often seen in a jar as a paste, but the problem is you need to use the whole jar in a week or so of opening; with ours, make a paste with a drizzle of oil or yoghurt and 2 tsp of the rub, but leave the rest in the pot and it’ll last around two years. It’s also much easier to throw a pinch over roast veg. It’s an incredible marinade for lamb, chicken or roast vegetables but also great drizzled over as you cook. Stir in 2 tsp of the rub into natural yoghurt for a fab dip, or add to a splash of oil, honey & lemon juice for a dressing for halloumi or salads. We like to add to lamb mince and make burgers too – it’s so versatile. Like many in our range, this is sugar-free, gluten-free, paleo and vegan too.
