LoofCo Scrubbing Brush is hand-made in Sri Lanka from coconut coir fibre twisted around a galvanised metal core with a metal hanging loop. Easy to grip and perfect for garden & household jobs like cleaning pots, scrubbing bricks, decking, patio furniture or outdoor tiles. Coir is the fibrous material found beneath the matured brown coconut husk. Its unique properties make it ideal for making brushes. The traditional design of the LoofCo Scrubbing Brush creates rigid directional fibres for when extra scrubbing power is needed. Each hand-held brush measures a generous 15.5cmx10cm (excluding loop). LoofCo is a range of pads, scourers, tawashi brushes, husk scraper, cloths & soaps for a sustainable, plastic free, zero-waste, eco living home. Made from natural plant fibres, mainly loofah & coconut. To Use: Immerse in warm water and use with detergent if required. To keep brush fresh between uses, rinse and shake out excess water & hang to dry from the cotton loop. Long lasting in normal use and when worn out the fibres are biodegradable and core & handle can be recycled.
