PREPARATION
Pour your herbal tea at 100 ° C. You should put about 12-15 grams of tea in a tea strainer for one liter of water. This is roughly equivalent to 4 heaped teaspoons. Let your herbal tea steep for 5-8 minutes before removing the tea strainer from the water.
You can infuse the tea 1 time. I.e. with a can of tea that is filled with 50g, you can prepare yourself in about 30 cups of herbal tea.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Our noble Rooibos BIO teas come from Africa. Rooibos is harvested from February to April. Are small red leaf and stem parts of the rooibo. The entire plant is dried, cut into small pieces and fermented. Therefore, there is essentially only one quality level of the tea. Rooibos is caffeine-free and can therefore always be drunk, even in the evening and whether hot or cold as an iced tea. It is therefore the ideal thirst quencher.
Honeybush comes from South Africa and is harvested from February to April. These are unfermented, green rooibos.
According to Hildegard von Bingen, sage helps with gallbladder disorders and has an anti-inflammatory effect, but it also dries out. In addition, sage can be used to gargle for a sore throat and helps against loss of appetite. Sage is also known as an antipyretic and dentifrice because it is anti-inflammatory, microbial and also antiperspirant. Sage is good for inflammation of the throat but also for inflammation of the gums.
According to Hildegard von Bingen, liquorice is particularly helpful against hoarseness and gastrointestinal diseases, especially gastric ulcers. Liquorice is often used to make liquorice. Licorice is said to have an anti-inflammatory effect and is therefore useful for coughs and diseases of the upper respiratory tract, but also for gastritis and stomach pain. In East Asia, liquorice is sometimes even used to treat hepatitis.
According to Hildegard von Bingen, lemon balm helps against tiredness and sadness, against sleep disorders and stomach problems.
According to Hildegard von Bingen, nettle is said to have a cleansing effect on the stomach. It is also expectorant, good for metabolic disorders and anti-rheumatic. In general, nettle is used for inflammatory diseases and for flushing and cleaning. It can also be used as a hair care agent and is slightly diuretic and thus contributes to the natural detox and the elimination of harmful substances from the body, so that
Flammable substances are removed from the body.
Tulsi (Latin: Ocimum tenuiflorum), the holy Indian basil, is the perfect addition to your yoga training after a stressful day. It is widespread in the traditional Ayurvedic healing arts, has antibacterial, anti-inflammatory effects (especially for sore throats) and relieves stress. Tulsi contains eugenol, polyphenols and flavanoids.
According to Hildegard von Bingen, lavender is mainly used to relieve lung and liver problems. It helps with internal restlessness and with difficulty falling asleep. In folk medicine, lavender is also often used for flatulence and irritable bowel syndrome. It is also used against migraines and has a calming effect.
