How to use
Balancing Cleanser: Apply a thick layer of gel to dry skin. Leave to sit for thirty seconds, massage and rinse. Defence Mist: Defence Mist can be used any time morning and night, as well as part of your active routine. Close your eyes and lightly mist over your skin. For an added hit of refreshment, store our Defence Mist in the fridge. Active Body Cream: As a pre workout cream, begin by applying to the ankles and massage upwards. Apply gentle pressure and feel the warming sensation building gradually. As a post workout cream, apply post-workout after a hot shower. Massage into the skin to moisturise deeply. Revival Serum: Apply a few drops morning and nightly to clean and dry skin. Can also be used alone or under a moisturiser.
