PREPARATION
Pour your black tea at 100 ° C. You should put about 12-15 grams of tea in a tea strainer for one liter of water. This is roughly equivalent to 4 heaped teaspoons. Let your black tea steep for 3-5 minutes before removing the tea strainer from the water.
You can infuse the tea up to 2 times. I.e. with a can of tea that is filled with 45g, you can prepare yourself in about 60 cups of black tea.

Our black tea from Sri Lanka, the Ancient Ceylon, is a noble Ceylon tea from the highlands of Sri Lanka. The harvest time is all year round, the best qualities are harvested between January and the end of March and between June and September.
The Ancient Ceylon is light red in the cup and has a spicy, fruity fresh taste with a slightly citrus finish. The Ceylon tea comes from the Ahinsa Dimbula Estate, an organic and fair trade certified estate in one of the oldest tea regions in the Sri Lankan highlands.
The quality of the tea is OP, which stands for Orange Pekoe and is one of the few high-quality leaf straight lines available from Ceylon teas.
Of course, like all our teas, this tea is also an ORGANIC-certified tea according to DE-ÖKO-039.
