Our made to order Bakmak hand knotted mid pile wool cushion is inspired by the Evil eye which is said to ward off evil spirits.
A playful piece, the Bakmak is woven organically by eye by a co-op of women weavers which makes each cushion completely unique.
With gentle undulations and irregularities that should be celebrated.
Made from local, mulesing free wool which is dyed using centuries old techniques and natural dyes made from plants, roots and vegetables such as locally grown walnuts and acorns.
A beautiful, durable, yet soft to the touch cushion which will maintain its shape and last a lifetime .
The Bakmak wool cushion will add texture and a focal point to your sofa, bed, your dining area or out in the garden.
Comes with a wool inner.
Available to pre-order in Ink, Tobacco or Oat.

Love & Care
Spot or hand wash using warm water and a mild detergent. Avoid heat and tumble drying.
If you do want to machine wash then use a cold cycle and ensure that the cushion is constantly tumbling which you can do by throwing in a tennis ball.
Air dry.
