60 Day Returns Policy

Take the risk out of trying new products and unsold items.

Our risk free 60 Days returns policy allows you to order items, try them out and return what doesn’t sell or you don’t want to keep.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, resalable condition and in the original packaging. Underwear, swimwear and incomplete packs cannot be returned once opened. Goods must be returned within 60 days from the order date, unless an extension or offer has been applied.

Return Processing: If you are from the UK or US, simply complete the returns form below to have your shipping arranged for you free of charge. If you are from another of our regions, please arrange your own shipping and process your return from the Order tab of your dashboard.

Refunds: If you have already paid, a refund will be issued to your account once goods are received and verified. If you have not yet paid, the items will be deducted from your final invoice.

This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items.
