There are many reasons why sleep is important. Most importantly it enables the body to repair, which is vital for things like your mental wellbeing and the appearance of your skin and hair. Our carefully crafted Sleep scent combines seven of the most calming and soothing essential oils – starting with eucalyptus, to help clear the head after a long day; then slowly drifting into chamomile which helps to calm irritability, nervousness, and tension headaches, helping promote relaxation and sleep; and finally, the deep scent of frankincense to aid meditation. Our candles are handmade and poured in our small workshop in Hartland, North Devon. Made with Soy Wax and packaged in recyclable materials. We source the majority of our ingredients from a family-owned supplier in the Southwest of England. These ingredients are NOT tested on animals and where ever possible are supplied in reusable materials. Our key essential oils: Chamomile We have combined Chamomile with Lavender and Rosemary to create the ultimate tonic to promote restful sleep, calm irritability, nervousness, and tension headaches. Eucalyptus While considered stimulating, Eucalyptus is recommended for bedtime if you have congestion or feel a cold coming on. It is also known to keep you from snoring. Frankincense Your brain knows it’s time for bed when you take in this aroma. This calming oil aids meditation, ideal when you’re feeling stressed, tired, or overwhelmed.
