For the full flavour experience, drizzle our olive oil over salads and griddled vegetables, use in marinades and sauces and for an added burst of flavour - use as a confit for poaching fish. Why not try being a little daring and pour a trickle over your favourite ice cream and add a pinch of salt too or over your favourite meat or fish carpaccio - delicious! My brother uses a teaspoon of it rubbed in to his face before and after shaving and it stops his skin from being irritated! Then you can always re-use the jar by topping it up with our bottled oil or as a beautiful vase!
