Elegant and striking Swedish birch wood serving tray featuring my hand illustrated design Ingria. Handcrafted by one of Sweden’s most sought after tray manufacturer. The Ingria tray will add uniqueness to any kitchen and dining space with its hand illustrated two dimensional monochrome artwork. Discover unique textures within the hand painted paper strips cut out by hand, weaved and then photographed. My designs are inspired by my treasured Scandinavian upbringing and family traditions.

Inspired by a Swedish traditional weaving method called Näver using bark from Birch trees. It was first introduced to me by my Grandfather who emigrated to Sweden from Telise Village just outside Leningrad, during the Second World War. Viktor was an exceptional craftsman and a proud Ingrian.

MATERIALS:

Laminated melamine based surface making the tray heat resistant up to 130 degrees Celsius. All materials are assembled by hand.
