The antioxidant properties of Abbraccio, mean that this oil can be used every day both for cooking and especially for seasoning raw to benefit from all its nutritional properties, also its great digestibility makes it suitable as a nutrient for growing children. The high presence of vitamin E in which we find the polyphenols, are strong enemies of free radicals, furthermore they have anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory functions. Tasting Notes: Aroma: delicate notes of tomato petiole, eggplant peel with sage sensations. Flavour: right tone of bitterness, with a hint of chilli pepper and a beautiful floral bouquet that leaves the mouth with a pleasant aromatic sensation.
