This calming salt bath soak will help to soothe a tired mind and body. Direction Use 4-6Tbsps of bath salts for a standard-size bathtub. Pour the salt into the warm running bath water and use your hand to stir the water to help dissolve all the grains. Soak in the tub for at least 15 to 20 minutes. or 1 handful in a large bowl of water to soak an affected area. One bag gives approximately 3 baths. Packaged in a 12 oz resealable bag.
