The Detox herbal tea can be used for Spring and Autumn detoxification. All the medicinal herbs composing the "Simples de Charlotte" herbal teas are 100 % French, natural and organic (Nature & Progrès french certification). - PROPERTIES- Nettle is diuretic and remineralizing. Elder is sudorific and diuretic. Rosemary supports the liver. Blackcurrant is diuretic. Dandelion supports the liver and is diuretic. - ORGANIC INGREDIENTS- Urtica dioica, Sambucus nigra, Rosmarinus officinalis, Ribes nigrum, Taraxacum officinale. - HOW TO USE - In a pan of cold water, put down a pinch of herbs (3 fingers for a teapot and 2 fingers for a cup). When the water shivers, cut the fire and let infuse 5 to 10 minutes.
