Authentic Indian food is a real treat to savour and this cooking class aims to go straight to the heart of Southern Indian cuisine and discover what makes it tick!

You’ll master a traditional mix of meat and vegetarian dishes, all of which use tried and tested Indian cooking techniques and an authentic combination of flavours with the guidance of a head chef.

Good to Know

You’ll discover how to make delicious biryani, incredible curries, bhajis, alongside with many recipes to take home. After mastering all that, you’ll never call a takeaway again!

At the end of the course you’ll get to relax and sample everything you’ve cooked, plus there’s a chance to get social with your fellow classmates, talking about what you think makes great Indian food.
