But the ball only reveals its secret when it is placed in a vessel with boiling hot water. Black Tea – Spring Harvest
The AbloomTea consists of fine black tea (Bai Hao Yin Zhen, Silver-Needle fermented) from the high mountain regions of the Fujian Province in China. What is unusual about this black tea is that only the high-quality tea leaf buds are used, which are refined into this exclusive black tea in a gentle fermentation process.
The coveted "first picking" of black tea is the highest quality harvest of the year. It takes place at the beginning of spring and is exceptional in terms of quality and taste.

The preparation
Step 1: Boil about 500ml and immediately pour into a glass jug. Please note: In contrast to the preparation of green tea, the use of boiling hot water is necessary here in order to ensure that the ErbloomTea balls open optimally.
