There are 4 meals in each compostable tube, Just add water and cook in around 20 mins. All the stock, herbs and spices included. This has a little spicy kick but warming rather than hot. Each pack is handmade in small batches and 'sand-art style' layers, in a compostable tube, by our SALSA accredited small team in Rochdale, ensuring quality and traceability.

How to make - Place the packet contents in a pan with 1500ml cold water, bring to the boil and reduce to a simmer, stirring occasionally for approx. 20 minutes until the vegetables are soft. Top up the water to original level before serving. Season to taste. Optional extra – add a dash of soy sauce
