Precisely on the shores of Lake Garda, in Trentino Alto Adige. Our Extra virgin olive oil is naturally GREEN, a wise blend of various cultivars early picked and pressed, to increase the polyphenol content, which increases its biological value. The olive trees grow in a special combination of Alpine and Mediterranean microclimate that protects them in a natural way. The Extra Virgin Blend Olive Oil comes from a studied combination of 3 varieties of olives: the native Casalva and the Frantoio and Leccino varieties.
