Taste notes apricot, orange blossom, black tea Varietal Heirloom Process Washed Region Gedeo, Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia The Koke washing station is named for the Koke kebele, or town, where it is located in the Yirgacheffe district of the Gedeo Zone. The family-owned Koke washing station was originally built in 1975 and has seen many improvements since 2015, when the washing station staff began providing guidance to contributing producers regarding steps to increase coffee quality. This efforts have resulted in this washed coffee that is delicate and sweet with graceful tones of orange blossom, apricot and a baseline of black tea. The texture is silky with a structured mouthfeel, and comes with lots of layers to discover as the coffee cools. Wholesale price is ex VAT
