What is CREOATE?

CREOATE is a curated marketplace that helps you buy wholesale products for your brick and mortar and/or online store directly from makers and brands.

We offer net 60 payment terms for all of your orders and make it easy for you to try new makers by offering 60 day returns on your orders.

How do returns work?

Having run retail stores ourselves, we know it can be risky to try new makers and brands. That is why we offer you returns and refunds from makers and brands you have yet to try in your store. You can now try out new products risk free and send back anything that you don’t want to keep within 60 days.

To keep things sustainable, we offer this incentive on your first purchase with a maker and brand you have not yet tried in your store. A repeat order with the same maker does not qualify as it shows they were a good fit with your customers and allows us to continue to bring you exciting creations at great terms!

How do I pay for orders?

Brick and mortar retailers are eligible for 60 Day Payment on Account, you will receive an invoice upon ordering with subsequent reminders until the invoice is settled up to 60 days. Spending limits apply. However if you would like to pay off your invoices sooner you can do so.

For e-commerce buyers, payment must be settled before orders are dispatched. 

Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit/debit card through PayPal.

Why do I need to register?

Our marketplace is for business to business wholesale trade only, so is restricted to verified users to protect the interests of our brand partners. You can freely browse our site without registering.

You only need to register to unlock wholesale pricing and make a purchase. It is important that when you sign-up you provide accurate information about your business. The more information you provide during sign-up the less likely there are to be delays with receiving orders.

How do you select brands?

We personally approve each brand that is listed on our marketplace. Many come from recommendations from retail partners or brands. By focusing on sourcing skilled creative entrepreneurs, we aim to bring you the highest quality products.

If you have a brand that you’d love to see on our site, we want to know!

How can I search for new products?

Discovery and exploration is one of our main objectives. We require makers to assign a unique category to each product so that you can browse by areas and values that matter to you. New products and makers are added all the time and we’ll feature new brands and best sellers on our home page. You can filter products by category or values at any time.

Can I contact the brands to ask questions?

Yes! You can communicate with any brand to ask questions about their products using the ‘Message’ icon on the brand store pages. However, if you prefer to speak with a member of the CREOATE team, you can send your question to us at [email protected]

What are the minimum orders?

A brands’ minimum order value or minimum order quantity is the minimum amount they are willing to sell to a buyer at wholesale prices. If you do not reach the minimum requirement, then you will not be able to place your order.

Each brand sets their own minimums and you will notice that this amount varies between each brand.

As you add items to your cart while shopping for a brand, you will be shown whether you are meeting their minimum order amount or not. By adding more items to your cart, you will become closer to meeting this minimum.

Can I amend my order?

If you purchased incorrect items, ordered too much, or bought from the wrong brand, we can help you with a partial or full cancellation of your order. As many items are lovingly made to order, we require 24 hours notice from placing an order to make any changes.

Note: Once an order has shipped, we cannot cancel the order as it will already be in transit to you.

When will my order arrive?

Lead times vary per brand but on average products will be with you within 1-2 weeks. You can see average lead times at the top of each brand page and for each individual item. Once your order has been confirmed, brands are requested to get in touch to confirm any delivery dates along with tracking details from the relevant shipping provider.  These details will be updated in your “Orders” dashboard.

What is CREOATE?

CREOATE is an online wholesale marketplace that helps you grow and manage your wholesale business. Get discovered by new stockists and get more orders from existing stockists or leads by passing on our stress-free terms.

How do I get paid?

Even though we offer Net terms to our retailers, we always pay you up front so you can continue investing in your business.

When setting up your account, you will provide bank account information in your Dashboard. Funds appear in your account within 1-2 business days of the payment being processed.

How do returns work?

As an online platform, buyers don’t have the benefit of seeing products in real life before they buy so we like to offer returns as a way to encourage the trying new products and brands from around the world like yours.

You are not responsible for accepting the returns and will be paid in full for the original order less our commission. 

Returns will be processed by CREOATE and returned to us for reselling such as through our own storefront in the UK.

How does shipping work?

You will be able to share your typical shipping lead time during the onboarding process. Your brand page will inform retailers of your average lead time.

How much does it cost?

For new brands, we charge a 15% commission on opening orders and 15% commission on reorders from a buyer.

We offer buyers great terms on your behalf including Net 60 terms, shipping incentives and other perks. Unlike traditional sales agents, we don’t require exclusivity and there’s no fee to join. We only make money when you make money.

You can also receive 0% commission on orders from your existing stockists and self-sourced prospects. These buyers will also receive our payment terms and benefits.

Can I contact buyers?

Yes! You can communicate with any current or past buyers using the ‘Message’ icon on your Orders Dashboard. You can follow up on orders, update buyer on the status and check in to prompt any reorders all in one place.

How do I join?

It’s easy! The first step is to register as a brand below. Fill in some basic details about your business to submit your request. Requests are typically responded to within 2-3 days by our team.

After your application is accepted, you’ll provide your catalog/line sheet, photos and other wholesale details. Our team does all the upfront work for you to get your brand page set up. Once your store is ready to go, we’ll send you a confirmation email.
